My education at UNT provided me with a strong foundation in marketing strategy, advertising, and brand development, while also allowing me to apply those concepts through real-world projects that mirror the creative and analytical balance needed in property management marketing. Through coursework and hands-on experience, I developed a deep understanding of how to connect audiences with brands through effective storytelling, data insights, and visual strategy.​​

  • Digital Marketing & Web Strategy – Experienced in content planning and creative direction across digital platforms, including website design updates and SEO-focused writing. I’ve provided brand recommendations and rebranding suggestions to help clients strengthen their online presence and improve user experience.

  • Brand Outreach & Communication – Gained valuable experience as a Marketing Communications Intern at AGENZ PR, where I created promotional materials, coordinated outreach campaigns, and built relationships with local schools to increase awareness of UNT’s Journalism program. This strengthened my ability to craft clear, compelling content that drives engagement and brand visibility.

  • Account Management & Leadership – Served as an Account Executive for UNT’s student-led ad agency, managing client communications, timelines, and campaign execution. I learned how to balance creativity and strategy while delivering consistent, results-driven messaging, similar to managing brand standards across multiple properties.

  • Campaign Strategy & Market Research – Led audience research and branding for Kul Mocks, a woman-owned beverage company, identifying ways to boost awareness and expand into retail markets. This project honed my analytical approach to consumer behavior and my ability to align creative assets with business goals.

  • Industry Certifications – Certified in Google Ads Measurement & AI-Powered Performance Ads, demonstrating proficiency in analytics, targeting, and performance-based marketing, skills that complement SEO, content optimization, and campaign monitoring.

  • Collaborative & Creative Problem-Solving – Worked alongside cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
